How about DESIGNING mobile apps WEBPAGES?

I use Figma for designing and can design for mobile and web. I know basic HTML and CSS, but do not develop the apps myself.

Timing, how soon can we get started?

Once we have a kick-off session and the brief objectives are clearly defined, I will send a contract to sign for work to commence. Upfront payments depending on budget are required for a project to start.
